- Puck and Dove win, and it's not even a photo finish. They kick everyone's tails.
- But Puck isn't happy for winning; she's worried about Sean.
- She sees Corr way back, standing in the surf, Sean's battered body in the shallow waves.
- Thankfully he's not dead. Mutt is though: Skata took him with her into the sea.
- Puck's pretty pleased that Sean is alive, but she notices that Corr was mauled pretty bad, hurting his shoulder so much that he'll never run again.
