- Puck Connolly is taking care of her horse, Dove, who is an actual horse and Puck's best friend.
- Dove's pretty fast, even able to keep up in a race with Puck's brother Finn, who is in a car.
- They arrive at their finish line near the beach, when one of the bloodthirsty water horses emerges from the water.
- Finn and Puck freeze because "water horses like a moving target," just like a T-Rex.
- The water horse passes them by, and they're glad they didn't end up like their parents: dead.
