Okay, this is almost arbitrary, because no character in The Threepenny Opera really stands out for their wisdom or spirituality, but we're going with Jackie Brown because he's the corrupt official who enables our antagonist to do his dirty deeds. When Mac is in trouble Brown sort of nudges him into a position where he can easily get out of it—without implicating himself, of course.
