Will Junior

Will Junior is, from the get-go, majorly interested in Mibs. He buys her a special pen for her birthday, he insists that they are friends when no one else wants the title, and he even follows her to Salina to make sure she gets there all right. Will is even Mibs's first kiss—and a totally excellent guy when Mibs lets him know she's not ready for kissing just yet.
