Who better to guide our brave protagonists than Aslan, the great Christ-like lion god of Narnia? Aslan appears no fewer than six times and in several different forms in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Each appearance is brief – sometimes he is only seen for a few moments – and usually private – either just to one person or to a small, select group.
