Case Description: Complainant (Apollo) accuses Defendant (Marsyas) of impudence. Apollo was deeply offended when the flute-inventing satyr, Marsyas, challenged him to a music contest. The Muses judged Apollo the winner, but still Apollo wasn't satisfied.

Case Status: Case closed. Apollo settled the issue permanently by flaying Marsyas and pinning his skin to a pine tree.
