Farewell
- The old men of the farm decide to have a Ngoma for the Baroness, to say goodbye. Unfortunately, the government has prohibited Ngomas, so just when the dancing is about to start a government agent comes and shuts it down.
- The day comes and Gustav Mohr comes to pick up the Baroness, and she says goodbye to all of the people.
- Her friends meet her at the station in Nairobi to say goodbye.
- At a stop on the line, the Baroness gets out and looks back at the Ngong Hills, where her farm is, and they look so smooth and level from a distance.
