- Harry and Ron are walking through the halls when they notice that there's water everyone. Looks like Moaning Myrtle has flooded the girls' bathroom.
- Inside the bathroom, they find Myrtle crying. She tells them that someone threw a book at her. She really is sensitive.
- Harry picks up the wet book and dries it out. That evening he takes a look at it. It's a blank diary with "Tom Marvolo Riddle" written on the back cover.
- Harry decides to write in the diary and notices that the ink disappears. Hmm…
- He makes a note introducing himself as Harry Potter.
- Words on the page appear that say the person writing back is named Tom Riddle. Okay.
- Harry asks if Tom knows anything about the Chamber of Secrets.
- Yup.
- Harry would like some more info and Tom offers to show him.
- The book says that it all started fifty years ago. Suddenly the book glows with a bright light and Harry gets sucked inside.
