Case File: The Judgment of Paris

Case File: The Judgment of Paris

Police Reports

Complainants (Athena and Hera) accuse Aphrodite of bribing Paris into judging her to be the fairest goddess in Olympus. Complainants (Hera and Athena) assert that Aphrodite promised to give Paris Helen, the most beautiful woman in the world, in exchange.

Case Status: Dismissed when defendant proved that Hera and Athena were also guilty of bribery, but simply less effective at it. Zeus's final judgment: "This is a court room, not Jerry Springer."
