The Standard

Use knowledge of language and its conventions when writing, speaking, reading, or listening.

This standard simply asks second graders to put the whole shebang together. They should be using what they've learned in these Common Core Standards for Language and applying that knowledge to their writing, speaking, reading, and listening.
