Requirements:
Students who are eligible for this award have lost a parent or guardian who served in the US Armed Forces and died in service performed in Iraq or Afghanistan after September 11, 2001. Students do not need to demonstrate financial need, but do need to prove that they were enrolled in college at least half-time at the time of the parent's death.
