Glory
While fame can be fleeting and superficial, glory actually comes with honorable achievements and good work.
Starting on the first day you're in office, you can attempt to enact laws that you believe will make significant positive changes in people's lives.
Even if your bill doesn't pass, you can go to bed at night (eventually) knowing you fought the good fight, speaking up for your beliefs and for your fellow citizens. You'll work unbelievably long hours under remarkable pressure, and ideally you'll be doing it because you believe it's important. And it is important.
If that's not glory, we don't know what is.
