Power

There are big fish in little ponds. And little fish in big ponds. You are a medium-sized fish swimming in two ponds.

You're high up in the country club scene. You're the manager, with lots of people under your thumb: servers, hostesses, gardeners, landscapers, public relations office-dwellers, golf caddies, golf instructors, and so on. But you're also surrounded by the kinds of people with so many summer homes they forget how many they actually have.

In a pond filled with gold, sizable bank accounts, and cashmere sweaters, you're just a tiny fish. But if you ever get frustrated with that, at least you can take it out on even smaller fish (a.k.a. your employees).

On second thought, why not just be a nice manager and take it out on the noobs you encounter during your next Call of Duty sesh?
