You could win an MCA award from the International Federation of Bike Messengers.
The big award to win, however, is the North American Cycle Courier Championships (NACCC).
The championships take place in different cities each year. Seattle's Craig Etheridge has won the event several times now, and it was also won recently by Christina Peck from San Francisco.
Other than actual awards, there's a lot of pride and props given to career messengers who stand out as the best in the field over a period of years.
