Is Charles Muntz a villain?

Let’s see: Giant ego? Check. Pack of henchmen? Yup. A propensity for violence? Oh yeah. Muntz’s self-imposed exile in South America leads him into madness. He’ll stop at nothing to capture Kevin, and poses a huge threat to Carl. Seriously. When he’s not setting Carl’s house on fire, he’s straight-up trying to kill him. He may go down like a lead balloon in Up’s grand finale, but Muntz’s treachery shows that there’s no age limit on being a baddie.
