Character Analysis
Jimmy is kind of like Elvis-reincarnate, if Elvis were a washed-up 36-year-old touring musician dating the coolest lady in the world and not realizing it until it's too late. Jimmy is, in a word, frustrating. He wants freedom. He might have what some call "Peter Pan syndrome," wanting to be young forever and believing it's possible. We think he genuinely loves Louise but just kinda sucks at showing it. Come on, waiting until she's almost to Mexico to propose?
Jimmy ain't gotta clue, but at least he cooperates.
