- Smith is now alone with Morpheus. We realize that Smith isn't exactly acting on behalf of the machines. What he really wants is to get out of the Matrix.
- He's repulsed by humans (if you didn't already catch that with the whole "virus" comment) and makes Morpheus smell his own head-sweat.
- He's not very nice.
