De Bigot is Prince John's seneschal, which is an officer in a medieval household who keeps track of appointments, ceremonies, and rituals for his lord. We only hear about this guy in passing, when Prince John sends him to invite Cedric, Athelstane, and Rowena over for dinner on the second night of the tournament.
