  • Section 3: Ships arriving in port have to identify themselves and where they're from.
  • Section 4: The courts get to enforce this act, so the president doesn't literally have to throw people out of the country himself. It's bad on the back.
  • Section 5: Anybody kicked out of the country because of this act can take their stuff with them.
