- Section 1: You can just be locked up or deported if you are a non-naturalized male, age 14 or older, from a country that the United States is at war with. No due process.
- Section 2: The courts get to enforce this as per usual.
- Section 3: A marshal enforcing this act has the authority of the president behind him.
