Hermione Granger

Character Analysis

Everyone's favorite know-it-all wizard makes an oh-so-brief appearance in this book. On the "This Book Belongs to Harry Potter" page, Hermione shares a short exchange with Ron that reinforces everything sensible we've come to love about her in this series:

RON: Shared by Ron Weasley because his fell apart

HERMIONE: Why don't you buy a new book then?

RON: Write in your own book Hermione.

HERMIONE: You bought all those dungbombs on Saturday. You could have bought a new book instead.

RON: Dungbombs rule!

As always, Hermione is logical and to the point. This is a witch that really uses her brain.

Ron? Not so much.
