Physical Danger

Physical Danger

Okay, so bowling may not be as strenuous as other NCAA sports such as basketball or football, but that doesn't mean it doesn't come with its own inherent risks. For example, you could drop your bowling ball on your foot. Ouch.

You could also fall face-first in the lane. Another boo-boo. But in all seriousness, bowlers often experience injuries to their shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, and wrists (source), so it's important to warm up and stay physically fit.
