Language L.K.1.A

Print many upper- and lowercase letters.

The kindergarten Reading: Foundational Skills standards had a lot to say about letter recognition, but letter reproduction is often a much more difficult task for kindergartners. This substandard asks that students be able to write upper- and lowercase letters that are correct and discernible enough for you to tell they're correct. Some central dotted-line paper usually does the trick.
