If you're a good doctor and your patients (and their owners) like you and continue to come to you for checkups and emergencies, you shouldn't have a problem growing or sustaining your practice. If they're loyal and tell two friends who tell two friends, you can hire eight more vets—bill them out at $200 an hour while they cost you $50 and hour—and have a real business.
