Maintaining a career as a stonemason is all about maintaining your cred. The more time you spend at it, the more work you'll have to show your abilities. People can see that work, and if they like it they'll hire you (or your company) to work for them. It's pretty simple: Do good, and you'll get work. Do poorly, and the work will dry up faster than a desert quarry in August.
