You're generally a lot better off than those human punching bags you're always reporting on. However, if you're ever called upon to interview that short-tempered Tennessee linebacker or the bite-y boxing champion, we put your chances of survival at around sixty percent (kidding of course).

Choosing a career as a sports broadcaster likely means you played sports earlier in your life, and that's where the real physical danger exists. If you survived that experience, you should be able to survive talking to a camera. You're never going to get aggressively tackled by the sound equipment.
