The most dangerous part about working with pianos is probably moving them. However, you can hire some professionals to do that for you (source). And there's the ever-present risk of getting "Hot Cross Buns" stuck in your head. But to be perfectly honest with you, this isn't a dangerous job...no matter how many times you've seen pianos fall on people on TV.
