You really don't want fame in this job. The most famous flight attendants in U.S. history are those who alerted air traffic control about the 9/11 hijackings. They're considered heroes, but they're sadly no longer with us. In short—if people everywhere know your name, it's because something awful happened on one of your flights.
Leave the fame to actors. At least when they crash and burn, it's on stage.
