Glory

Hammering underwater will probably make you feel about as good as hammering not-underwater. Other than the floating aspect, you're pretty much up to the same thing. Commercial diving is blue-collar work—or, if you want to be obnoxious about it, black rubbery collar work. Society needs it, but it's not exactly the most glorious of professions.

Still, like most things, it's all about how you look at it. If you love diving and industrial construction, we can pretty much guarantee that you'll never find a better job. And that's got to feel good, right?
