Power

As you know, very few Americans actually listen to scientists. The jury is "still out" on global warming and some science textbooks are basically coloring books. You will have a personal sense of power, though, as you start to understand complicated parts and patterns of the universe. Just try not to lose that sense of power as you begin to feel dwarfed by the size of the universe and realize you will never understand things like dark matter.

Seriously, what even is that stuff? How can it exist and not exist? Who knows? Not us. We're all just meaningless carbon matter...merely a blip in the timeline of the universe.
