The Man in the Yellow Suit

Yellow Suit Guy is almost cartoonishly evil—from his outlandish actions to his eyesore outfit. He slinks around and lurks in the background, eavesdropping on people and questioning little girls. Add blackmail and theft to the list and you've got yourself a bad guy. But most importantly, the man in the yellow suit comes in the way of Winnie and the Tucks' plans, which makes him the perfect antagonist.
