Sinon in The Trojan Horse
Besides Odysseus, Sinon is probably the most important guy in the whole Trojan Horse plot. After all the other Greeks have either sailed away or hidden inside the horse, Sinon stays out to help convince the Trojans to drag the horse into the city. Sinon tells the Trojans that he hates his fellow Greeks and makes up some pretty crafty lies, which eventually convince them to drag the deadly horse into the city gates. Like Odysseus, people might just have split opinions about Sinon. If it weren't for his clever words the Greeks would never have won, but is it O.K. to honor somebody who wins by being a total liar? You decide.
