Exactly how steamy is this story?

Piper and Jason hold hands in the opening scene—but then Jason and Piper realize their whole relationship was just a magically induced dream. By the end of the novel, they're back to holding hands, but they never quite manage to kiss. Leo thinks the goddess of snow is very cute, and Drew thinks Jason is very cute, but that's about as far as the steaminess ever goes (if you don't count Festus, or Leo's hair catching on fire).
