Mrs. Robinson (Anne Bancroft)’s Timeline and Summary

At Benjamin's graduation party, Mrs. Robinson asks him for a ride home. She invites him into the house then tries to seduce him. He bails.
Later on he takes her up on her offer, and she meets him at a hotel to begin the affair.
The affair proceeds.
At one point they argue because he wants to know why they don't have any conversations and just have sex.
Mrs. Robinson reveals just enough about herself to show how truly unhappy she is.
She married her husband because she was pregnant, not because she loved him.
When Ben's parents make him take Elaine on a date, Mrs. Robinson threatens to tell Elaine about the affair. But Ben preempts her, which backfires, causing Elaine to break off relations with Ben.
Mrs. Robinson encourages Elaine to marry Carl Smith as a way of keeping Ben out of the picture.
