- While Dapper waits to see the Fairy Queen, Face chats up Drugger and Kastril.
- Face spends some time bragging to Kastril that the "Doctor" (Subtle) is the grand master of trash talk and will teach him everything he knows.
- Kastril can't wait for his private lessons. Before we know it, Face has also convinced Kastril that the "Doctor" can help him win an absolute fortune at gambling.
- Kastril and Drugger leave excitedly.
- Now Face turns to Dapper and asks him if he's performed the weird vinegar splashing/shirt changing ritual that's required to see the Fairy Queen.
- He has.
- Then Face says, essentially, "Oh, by the way—did you remember to bring some money to please the Fairy Queen's servants?"
- Naturally, Dapper hands over a bunch of money.
