Linus/David

Linus is smart, dull, a workaholic, and uninterested in romance or even sex. David is none too bright, glittering, lazy, and interested only in women (and maybe cars).

But by the end, we see them both make fairly complete 180-degree turns. David becomes business minded, and Linus chucks his sensible umbrella and decides to move to Paris with a way younger woman.
