Anakin Skywalker

Even though in later films he's totally the bad guy, in Revenge of the Sith, our protagonist is Anakin Skywalker. He's the main person the film follows around, but more importantly, he's the one we are rooting for … despite our knowledge that he eventually succumbs to the dark side.
