- FDR adds a few final details to clarify that E.O. 9066:
- (1) doesn't limit or change the effect of E.O. 8972.
- (2) doesn't interfere with the activities of the FBI (especially when it comes to spies).
- (3) makes sure the attorney general and his Department of Justice crew still do their jobs.
