  • Dr. Waldman teaches Henry Frankenstein in medical school; Frankenstein joins the medical staff.
  • Frankenstein wants to create life and asks for access to dead bodies; Waldman says that's not possible, and so Frankenstein leaves the staff.
  • Frankenstein locks himself in his remote lab for months.
  • At the urging of Frankenstein's fiancée Elizabeth, Waldman goes to try to find out what Frankenstein is up to.
  • Waldman is there when Frankenstein brings a monster to life.
  • He's also there over the next days. He and Frankenstein discover that the monster has killed Frankenstein's assistant Fritz.
  • They knock out the monster with a hypodermic injection.
