The Monster

He says, "Arrggggh" and kills children. He's also ugly—so he must be the bad guy.

But the poor monster also never asked to be made out of dead body parts, and he definitely didn't ask to be threatened with fire by Fritz, or dismembered-while-alive by Waldman. The monster's one of those antagonists who turns into a protagonist if you just squint a little.
