Speaker: Nicky Nichols
There's always hope tomorrow will be taco night.
Context
This line was spoken by Nicky Nichols (played by Natasha Lyonne) in Orange Is the New Black (2013- ).
Even though she comes across a tough, lesbian, ex-drug kingpin, Alex Vause really has a vulnerable side. And somehow Nicky, a former heroin addict with a heart of gold, gets beneath her hard exterior early on in Orange Is the New Black season one. Maybe it's all the dusty books in the Litchfield Prison library.
Alex doesn't reveal any of her past with Piper Chapman, but she does chat about near death experiences and vent hard about Litchfield and how everyone hates her. So to cheer her up, Nicky fantasizes about taco night.
But sadly it's beef and noodles. Well, that's a bummer. Tacos make everything better.
Where you've heard it
You've heard this if you're in high school, college, or an institution that has some kind of communal dining facilities. They could be serving spam, mystery meat, or green stuff, but there's always a small shred of hope that tacos could magically drop from the sky the next day.

Pretentious Factor
If you were to drop this quote at a dinner party, would you get an in-unison "awww" or would everyone roll their eyes and never invite you back? Here it is, on a scale of 1-10.
Tacos are pretty universally loved, so quote away—but don't get your hopes up.
