It was gonna happen. But it didn't. Void. Canceled check.
"Void," as in a void in space, or avoided billing or transerring money on either side.
Why do transactions get voided? Mistakes happen all the time. You thought you were buying jeans, but when the mail order company sent you a needle and rubber tubing, you realized you were buying the wrong "genes/jeans," and voided the whole transaction.
