Compliance (a bunch of lawyers hired to sift through the details of every trade, who clearly did something very bad in a former life to have to be reborn into doing this job) told you the money wasn't good. It had been traced as having been sourced via an Al Qaeda operative...so no, the million shares of AMZN cannot trade. The order is stopped until further investigation can be made.
