How employees view and feel about their work environment.
When people in the same group have similar feelings about the environment, there is harmony. If not, there’s chaos. Well…not really chaos…although it could be. It’s more like a lack of team spirit. Lots of grumbling. Need for extra strong coffee.
A harmonious group will pretty much be in sync, get stuff done, and dominate. A chaotic environment will involve lots of silent treatments, behind-the-back gossip, and other unpleasantness.
