Overseas. Not in the U.S. Think: Mexico, China, Russia, if you're thinking manufacturing stuff. If you have a call center you're offshoring, then you're thinking India.

Offshoring has become a Thing in a world, where the spread from American labor at $20-$25-$30-$40 an hour is such a big difference...that it makes sense to go through the shipping and management hassles and employ a force in another country that's happy to work for three bucks an hour.

The latest player to the game? Robots. Yeah. Didn't see that one coming. They're throwing a third alternative into the mix. Not sure who wins. But who loses? High-priced American labor.
