Mortgage Application

See: Mortgage.

It's 187 pages long and killed 14 trees to get there, if you're still filling these things out on paper. Most ask for a pre-qualification setup first, before asking for every detail in your life...ever...as well as stool and urine samples in some states.

The pre-qualification docs are a few pages and ask questions like, "What are your taxable earnings the last three years?" "What assets you got?" (usually phrased with better grammar) "What debts you got?" "Any bankruptcies or foreclosures the last seven years?" "What do you do for a living, anyway?"

Like...if you're a computer coder with a PhD from a prestige school, you're almost guaranteed a high-paying job, anywhere other than Amish Country. If you're a water polo coach, options are...fewer, should things go awry.

For a good example, check out the Wells app. We suggest full-caf coffee first.
