Information Circular

Categories: Marketing

An “information circular” is basically a meeting agenda that is sent to all of a company’s shareholders prior to a shareholder meeting. It gives date, time, and location information, and provides a rundown of what's going to be discussed. In many cases, it also provides a proxy form so that shareholders can name someone to vote in their stead if they can’t make the meeting.
