Computer abuse has nothing to do with the, um...the self-abuse in which many computers play a part. And computer abuse is not the act of using a computer too much.

It's the use of the computer to do something illegal. Hacking into someone’s account to obtain private data would be computer abuse. This data could include social security numbers, home addresses, or even accessing and disseminating those “special pictures” that you made for date night.
