Commercial Well
Categories: Investing
Wells mine dinosaur guts to put in your gas tank. Eventually, they either run dry or produce only anemic amounts of rotten T-Rex. Once that happens, they are no longer "commercially viable," and, well...we hear they make lovely coat racks. For giraffes.
A well that actually produces enough Texas tea to pay for the capital that funded it and its operating expenses is designated as being a "commercial well"...and is not an ad on TV promoting holistic health.
