Advertising Injury Coverage
Lest you think that insurance types aren't as creative as their creative-type clients, this coverage is usually wrapped into a broader "Commercial General Liability" (CGL) to protect against claims of libel, slander, intellectual property theft, invasion of privacy, and/or copyright infringement.
Policy holders include those who manufacture the goods or provide the services being provided, and a CGL often includes coverage for physical (bodily and/or property) damage, along with the "personal injury" associated with advertising-related damages.
Such comprehensive coverage would come in handy if, say, a sleazy used car salesman stole a marketing idea from a competitor, lied about said competitor's trustworthiness, and subsequently got punched in the face by that competitor, resulting in her breaking her hand on his face.
